Foam Master 3F SP is a high-quality, versatile, fluorine free (AR-3F) foaming agent for extinguishing and securing hydrocarbon and polar liquid fires. Non-fluorinated additives combined with a foaming agent base produce a layer of foam that rapidly isolates the fuel. On polar liquids, an insoluble polymeric membrane is formed, protecting the foam from solvents.
High-risk situations where hydrocarbons (such as crude oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, esters and ethers) and/or polar solvents (such as alcohols, ketones, esters and ethers) are stored, processed or transported.
Thanks to its resistance to fuel contamination, Foam Master 3F SP can be used directly on hydrocarbons and preferably indirectly on polar liquids.
